Please be informed that boat storage on your driveway is not permitted per the ARC Guidelines of Armfield and/or the Declarations, Section 5, pg 16.

The ARC Guideline read, "Boat/RV Storage General Considerations: no exterior storage of boats, recreational vehicles, tractors, large commercial trucks and trailers, or other such equipment is allowed.  This includes in driveways, yards and on neighborhood streets."
